FIRST LEVEL
Master Bedroom with queen bed, Tommy Bahama furniture, authentic bronze hula lamps, a wall of closets, television, twin sinks in dressing area, and large shower and toilet. The second bedroom contains two twin beds and a hall bath with shower. The Kitchen contains an island, loads of counter space, microwave, range, cook top, dishwasher, split door refrigerator/freezer with door ice and water, and desk. The living room has a large seating area and separate television area. The dining area seats 6 at a glass and wood table. The dining room, living room, and master bedroom all lead out onto a huge lanai with plenty of lounge seating and a grill. The lanai overlooks the Pacific ocean and has 180 degree views, especially of the magnificent sunsets. All areas have ceiling fans.

LOWER LEVEL
Bedroom overlooking the Pacific Ocean with queen bed, television, private bath with shower, toilet, 2 sinks in dressing area. A second two-sink bathroom with shower and toilet, utility room with washer and dryer, small den with futon, a lower level living room plenty of seating, new 65" Toshiba television with DVD, and a kitchen featuring a large new cook top, full-sized microwave, refrigerator with ice-maker and plenty of cabinets with serving access to the seating area outside or the lower level living room.
The Kona, Hawaii vacation rental house will sleep up to 8 persons, with special arrangements through property management. The main floor of the house also contains an audio system which sends music to speakers in the living room, dining, room, kitchen, and lanai. There is a gated and private parking pad for two cars. The front of the house is gated and screened by a high lava rock wall from the highway.
Two (2) beaches are nearby - walk or drive - "Kapaau Beach" and White (magic) sands beaches. Also, markets, restaurants, stores, tennis and golf. Home is located 4 miles south of center of village of Kailua-Kona.
